How do I lodge a TAC claim?

A TAC claim is made by calling the TAC - a claim can be notified to the TAC by calling 1300 139 076.

Details of employment or income must also be supplied if a claim for loss of earnings after the first 5 days is to be made.

The TAC will then send out a completed form that must be carefully checked, copied and signed. It must then be returned to the TAC for them to accept the claim.
