Areas of Law: Personal Injury - Workcover

David is a lawyer in the WorkCover group, having joined the firm in 2011.

As a Law student, David worked part-time at a phone service where he provided injured workers with information about the WorkCover system.  Workers’ compensation has remained his focus since he became a lawyer in 2008.

David enjoys helping injured workers navigate their way through what can be a complex and frustrating compensation system.  David has seen the dramatic improvements in people’s quality of life when they receive fair compensation for their injuries. This is a great motivation for him.

Away from work, David is a member of the Committee of Management at Jobwatch – an employment rights legal centre.

David’s interests in law, history, literature and film provide him with some distraction from the disappointments that come with following the AFL club, Melbourne, and the English Premier League club, Tottenham Hotspur.
