Areas of Law: Personal Injury - Asbestos Disease, Medical negligence
Alice O’Connell is a Senior Associate of Adviceline Injury lawyers, a division of Holding Redlich. She represents people who have been injured due to medical negligence or exposure to asbestos. Alice has been working as a lawyer since 2007 and joined the firm in November 2009.
What Alice enjoys most about her work at Adviceline Injury lawyers is working together with her clients to help them maximise their legal entitlements and recover compensation for the injuries they have suffered. She strongly believes that people living with injuries due to the negligence of another should be fairly compensated for their loss.
The area of law she practices in is often emotional and challenging for her clients and she aims to guide them through the legal process with consistent and carefully considered advice.
Alice is involved in the firm’s pro bono program and enjoys volunteering with the firm’s Seniors Rights Clinic.
Outside of work Alice plays indoor soccer, studies Italian and spends time with friends and family.
